Shopfootball needed artwork that captured football folklore, not just football. We developed a heavy-illustration series built around three legendary moments — Messi's “Ankara Messi” solo run, Rooney's “it defies description” bicycle kick, and Liverpool's “Miracle of Istanbul” comeback. Each piece was built through iterative brainstorming, translating commentary, chaos, and disbelief into a single frozen image. The result is a set of illustrations that reward a second look — instantly recognisable to fans, layered with the story behind the moment for anyone who stops to read.
